Sonia is a designer, strategist, researcher, and wrangler of complex, knotty problems. She believes that great experiences are empowering, and has spent over a decade building meaningful connections between people and the digital services that touch their lives.
As a Principal Designer at Collective Health, Sonia has had a hand in developing every service touchpoint from helping members get care, providing employers with analytics that inform benefits decisions, to creating internal tools for processing claims and providing member support.
Prior to Collective Health, Sonia designed experiences for a broad range of industries. She helped companies bridge the gap between their business objectives, customer goals and technical feasibility at Fjord, Smart Design, and Johnson Controls.
In her personal time, Sonia enjoys playing outside, and can often be found hiking, rock climbing, cycling about or practicing yoga.
