Sami Niemelä is a founding partner and designer at Nordkapp, design and transformation studio based in Helsinki and Amsterdam. Until recently he was also the Creative Director, before the studio decided to abandon job titles and hierarchy internally. Before founding the company in 2007, he worked two years at Nokia Design and interaction/visual designer since 1997. Sami is also one of the founders of IxDA Helsinki, and co-chaired Interaction 16 in Helsinki.
