Megan Fath is an empathetic design leader at Doblin’s NY office who employs research to understand users’ needs and identify design opportunities. A passionate, avid matchmaker for research and design, she leads innovation projects and facilitates workshops to help transform the ways organizations see and act on change. She is also adjunct faculty at the School of Visual Arts’ Design for Social Innovation, teaching graduate courses on constructing disruptive insight, imagining new methods, and advising thesis projects. Her thoughts on these topics, past design work and complex information models have appeared in several industry publications.
