Jennifer founded communications strategy firm Content Matters to help businesses forge meaningful relationships with clients, constituents and the general public at the intersection of insight, collective experience and shared vision. Prior to consulting, Jennifer worked for Pentagram, Columbia’s CNMTL and the AIGA. As a museum educator she led Art Access II, an initiative designed to increase museum attendance among under-served communities through education and outreach. She currently teaches a course at SVA POD that explores the intersection between design and social justice. Jennifer has also taught at Parsons and FIT.
