Jen Heazlewood

Jen works as Creative Director, Head of Experience Design at R/GA London, with over a decade’s worth of experience in the UK, Germany & Australia. Jen has led many agile teams creating rapid user experience design projects across a broad range of clients in banking, retail, telecommunications and automotive.

Jen has worked with mass market brands such as Royal Bank of Scotland, Natwest, BT & Unilever as well as help lead the launch of the EE brand into the UK. Jen also has extensive automotive experience with Toyota, Subaru Volkswagen and Mitsubishi.

Whilst Jen has specialisation in mobile & touch experiences, Jen is most passionate about connecting people with the right service or product to ensure it creates value.

Jen’s work has won multiple awards including Cannes & Digital Impact Awards, DADIs, BIMA, The Lovies has volunteered for expert programmes such as Apps for Good; helping students create app technology, I have also mentored with Dots at Google and was a judge this year at the Drum Design Awards, as well as the D&AD New Bloods. Thought leadership in the last 12 months includes being a panel speaker at the Guardian Global Media Summit and published a thought piece in campaign.
