I am a design researcher and strategist with a background in public sector organizational performance management. I’ve spent the last 10 years collaborating with INGOs and public sector organizations to better understand how public services deliver change. My career is about using collaborative design to develop services that aim to enhance peoples’ lives and opportunities. I blend methods grounded in design thinking and impact evaluation to support a culture of innovation and user centered design within the organizations I work with.
