Shauna is a legal eagle focusing on helping designers and project managers create beautiful, meaningful and innovative products in highly regulated spaces. She brings a diverse approach to her practice of law by integrating legal interpretation with common sense and a passion for improving the administration of and member interaction with healthcare in the United States. Her mission is to always ask why and never be satisfied with precedential answers.
Prior to joining Collective Health, Shauna counseled multiple early- and late-stage and public companies on a variety of legal areas from corporate to product law at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, Square and Alston & Bird. Prior to her legal career, Shauna lived in the Middle East where she fostered private diplomatic relationships at Abercrombie & Kent in Cario, Egypt and started a community center for women and children in Nablus, Palestine.
Shauna received her BA from Bowdoin College and her JD with honors from The University of George Washington Law School. When Shauna is not noodling on complex legal questions at Collective Health, you can find her anywhere outdoors hiking, surfing or skiing.
