Melissa Martin

Melissa is an experience designer and researcher focused on digital products and services that create sustainable futures and improve quality of life. Her aim is to align human needs and business objectives to create positive, meaningful experiences between people and the services they use.

Currently Design Lead at Collective Health, Melissa has spent the last year leading the design of the company’s core administrative product from the ground up. Prior to this, she served as Lead Designer at Method and Razorfish where she contributed to projects for Google, SFMOMA, HP, Applied Minds, Sony, Global Lives and Global Logic. Melissa is also a passionate educator and speaker who has spoken at major conferences on topics related to experience design and future states, and has taught design courses at California College of the Arts.

Outside of the studio, Melissa can be found dedicating time to her illustration practice, making jam, playing cello, growing things, and hiking the California coast with her family and their greyhound Pierre.
